Cutaway Osteoporosis Model

The XC-134 osteoporosis model compares healthy and osteoporotic bone using three medially divided lumbar vertebrae with intervertebral discs. The top section shows healthy bone, the middle osteoporotic bone, and the bottom advanced osteoporosis with flattened, deformed vertebrae and reduced bone mass. The vertebrae lift off the stand for close study.
