This care model shows 4 stages of ulceration formed by pressure ulcer.
Shows eschar, subcutaneous fat, undermining, tunneling, slough, eschar and exposed bone (with osteomyelitis).
It could be used for incision washing, evaluation and measurement, also the measurement of wound length, depth, undermining and tunnelling.
