All aspects of the simulator are lifelike in every detail.
The upper buttock is flexible so that the trainee must raise the buttock in order to locate and make insertion into the anus for a lifelike enema.
Portable and easy to keep clean, the simulator features a 1 liter fluid reservoir which is adequate for most demonstration and practice purposes.
