To plot reverse saturation current Vs temperature in reverse biased PN junction diode, instrument comprises of DC regulated power supply 0-20 volt /150mA two moving coil meters 20V and 100uA for voltage & current measurement, one PN junction diode (ge type) kept in oven with temperature control knob.
