b) Lead Screw : it is also optically ground with 200mm length and Imm pitch.
c) Optical Mirror Mount : Kinematic mirror
mounts are provided to hold the mirror.
ii) Optical Part:
a) Beam splitter : It is optically work with
/10surface flatness.
b) compensating Plates : Two plates are
provided.
c) mirror : 2Nos mirror of focal length 20mm are provided.
